There are several ways that you can participate in making this movie, and get your name in the credits:
1.) Donate. This movie is ultra low-budget, but it still needs some funding to make it happen. Take 30 seconds to give as little as $1, and you’ll be supporting this film when it needs your support the most: before the filming begins.
2.) Spread the word, and encourage people to visit this website. If you have a blog, or participate in a forum, or have a website of your own, please add a link to this website, and maybe put in a good word about this project.

3.) If you have had a positive experience with ayahuasca, send me a high-quality audio recording telling me of your personal story of your healing process, what you saw in your visions, what it means to you now, and how your life has improved as a result of drinking ayahuasca. I can’t guarantee it will make it into the movie, but if it’s interesting and touches the heart and fits in with the themes and flow of the film, I might select it to be one of the voiceovers for which I commission the creation of an animation. For it to be usable, you must speak clearly into a decent microphone without noise in the background. Your recording must be digital and of CD quality (16-bit, 44.1 kHz) in mono. Email it to me as an attachment in .wav format, no bigger than 100MB.
4.) Animate. Contact me if you know how to make 2-D or 3-D animation, your work could be included in this movie and wind up on the big screen. In order to speed up the completion of this movie, I’m getting a large number of animators to each work on a very short scene, so your piece won’t take a very long time to make.
If you know someone who animates, show them this website, and ask them to contact me.
5.) Come with me to Peru. If you’re looking for an easy way to get famous, this isn’t it, because the only people who will get their faces on the screen will be the shamans and their long-term apprentices. However, if you go there while I’m there, you can participate in the ceremonies, and I’ll audio-record you talking about your visions the following morning if you feel like sharing them with the world. Those recordings might become an animated scene in the movie if I end up selecting it.
Greetings. I must ask, when you say “come with me to Peru”, are you asking people to do this on their own dime, or do you have funding to cover some assistants? I am, alas, a poor Artist and Painting Conservator who can not afford to travel at my own expense, but the good news is I also have no interest in “getting famous” or having my face on screen and don’t mind holding a camera if needed. I am extremely interested in these experiences and have been most of my life. I have offered to volunteer at Cottonwood as well, although Dr. Strassman has informed me that no studies are taking place at this time and to check back. I assure you, I do not take any of this lightly. I have never used ayahuasca, but I do have experience with other hallucinogens and as I said to Dr. Strassman, I want to know how far this goes and report everything that I have experienced to someone who then in turn wants to attempt to make some sense out of it all. To try and understand exactly what and where the consciousness is and what this can mean to society as a whole. I do not have money to offer, and I do not possess the scientific background needed to do such research on my own, and so I offer my own consciousness and a helping hand instead.
