*Although I didn’t conceive of this project until halfway through my stay at Ayahuasca Center B, I now look back at all that time as a “pre-production phase” when I was learning what to expect from the ayahuasca centers, from Iquitos and the jungle, and from the medicine itself. Some of my own visions from that time will wind up as animated scenes in the movie. During that time, I made important contacts with people who will be integral to making this movie.
